Every part is carefully processed (by grinding, machining, milling, wire-cutting, EDM etc) to the exact tolerances shown on the drawing and carefully checked both in production line and QC room (QC check every dimension of every part before packing and shipping).In this way, we assured the high precision and thus the interchangeability in the tool room of the customers’ factory.

With fully understanding on the needs for quick delivery, here in PanKe, our workers support with efficiency besides the consistent pursuit for high quality to make sure fast delivery within one week for over 90% of the orders (for some very large orders, we need a few more days) and we offer much shorter delivery for the top urgent orders (please contact us and specify the requirements if shorter delivery is needed) such as delivery in 2 or 3 days. And we do not charge extra cost for top urgent orders. Besides the standard parts, we also make lots of customized parts as long as the drawings or samples are available.
