SKD61 High Precision Customized Molding Core Pin Mold Insert With Threaded Rod
Mould Core Insert is made from the finest grade of SKD-61 hotwork die steel. The heads are hot forged and stress relieved for uniform grain flow and high tensile strength.The surface could be ion nitride coated to a hardness of HV 1000°±100°. The core of vacuumed pin could be hardened to HRC 52°±2°. Of course,you could also select the other steels.Our coating is done in a proprietary process that produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life. The high surface finish reduces friction and increases pin service life. If you need we could reach the tolerance to 0.002mm.

A :It depends on the mold’s size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25-35 days. If the molds are very simple and not in big size, we can work out with 15 days.
Q3.I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A :You can provide us a sample, we will help finish the 3D drawing design.
Q4.Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
